Directed by Ulrike Koch. Premiere in Switzerland November 24, 2011. - Features interviews with Veljo Tormis on the subject of regilaul (runic song) and excerpts from rehearsals and performances of several of his works.

Tormise veerand (Tormis's Quarter-hour). 17:07 minutes. 2010. Produced by Estonian - Television (ETV). Directed by Erle Veber. - Veljo Tormis is interviewed by Ruth Alaküla on the occasion of his 80th birthday. Broadcast Premiere on Estonian Television  August 15, 2010. Metsatöll - Raua needmine (Curse Upon Iron). 97 minutes. 2006. Produced by Elwood Muusik and Eesti Television (ETV). Directed by Villem Tarvas. TV premiere in Estonia October 21, 2006, DVD premiere December 7, 2006. - Documentary film of an outdoor concert performance in the stone wall ruins of the former St. Brigid's Convent (Pirita Klooster) by the Estonian folk metal band Metsatöll supported by the Estonian National Male Choir conducted by Mihhail Gerts, including performances of several Veljo Tormis works arranged  for male choir and rock band.

Eesti meeste laulud (Songs of Estonian Men). 28:25 minutes. 2008. Produced by Eesti Television (ETV). Film directed by Erle Veber. Stage production directed by Tõnu Kaljuste and Peeter Jalakas. TV premiere in Estonia. - Documentary film showing rehearsals and portions of a staged performance of an expanded cycle of Veljo Tormis's Meestelaulud (Songs of Men) including a performance of Raua needmine (Curse Upon Iron) including interviews with Veljo Tormis and the stage directors and performers. In Estonian without subtitles.

Broadcast Premiere on Estonian Television 1990. - Discussion between composer Veljo Tormis and conductor Tõnu Kaljuste on the subject of the six song cycles that make up the Forgotten Peoples series. Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir / Tõnu Kaljuste (1990 television broadcast in 6 parts in Estonia on ETV in celebration of the composer's 60th birthday) Tõnu Kaljuste is not actually seen conducting during the 6 Forgotten Peoples films, as the cameras are filming the singers of the EPCC for the entire duration.

Available as part of a 2009 2-DVD set Lennart Meri - Soome-Ugri rahvaste filmientsüklopeedia (Finno-Ugric Peoples Film Encyclopaedia) - Documentary about the sources of the Finnish national epic The Kalevala. Includes a staged outdoor performance of Veljo Tormis's Raua needmine (Curse Upon Iron). Title links to an archived Estonian ETV broadcast video-stream in Estonian without subtitles. Includes interviews with Veljo Tormis and outdoor performances of his works by the "Noorus" (Youth) Choir conducted by Ene Üleoja and the Tartu University Academic Female Choir conducted by Vaike Uibopuu.
